At Xtek Partners, giving back to our community is a core value that we hold close to our hearts. We believe in making a positive impact and supporting those in need, and we’re proud to be involved in several meaningful initiatives. 

Strides for Sobriety: One such organization that we’ve partnered with is Strides for Sobriety, a local non-profit founded in 2014 by a family in Dublin, Ohio. Their mission is to provide assistance to teenagers struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. We’ve teamed up with Strides for Sobriety for a fundraiser in the spring, and we’re also planning a 5k run later this year to help raise funds for this worthy cause.

Beatty Park Elementary: We’re also committed to supporting local schools and students facing challenges. Beatty Park Elementary, a school in the Columbus public school area, is home to 100 students who have experienced trauma and suffer from PTSD. Many of them live in shelters. Xtek Partners has been donating money each month to create Friday food bags for these students, ensuring they have enough to eat over the weekends. Additionally, we’ve provided coats, gloves, and volunteered for various projects, including serving Thanksgiving dinner at the school.

West Franklin Elementary: Similarly, we’ve extended our support to West Franklin Elementary, a low-income school in Southwestern Columbus, Ohio. Last winter, we donated extra clothing, coats, gloves, and hats to help keep the students warm during the colder months.

Boys & Girls Clubs: We’ve also donated computers to the Boys & Girls Clubs, an organization that provides essential resources and support to children in need.  

Payroll Donation Program: Additionally, we have a payroll donation program in place, giving our staff the opportunity to contribute a portion of their payroll to various projects that benefit children throughout the Columbus area. These donations are used for purposes such as providing school supplies and backpacks for children in need.
